Ultra-Web – An industry standard when filtering sub-micron dusts, Ultra-Web filter media promotes surface capture of dust making pulse cleaning of the filter cartridge much more effective. As particulate is removed from the filter surface, pressure drop thru the media is reduced and filter life is extended.
Used in general industrial filtration applications where submicron sized particulate is in the airstream and high efficiency dust removal is a requirement. Media is cellulose based with a Nanofiber cover of 0.2-0.3 micron in diameter spun resilient fiber. Filter cartridges have a MERV 13 rating, are stable in airstreams to 180 degrees F, and exhibit enhanced surface loading with excellent particulate release characteristics.
