SysTech has over 30 years of experience in applying, supplying, designing, installing, and servicing industrial ventilation systems that include air cleaning and dust collection, noise attenuation, and explosion protection. We’ve learned some things along the way, and it allows us to better help our clients resolve minor to major ventilation issues, whether they be end-users, contractors, or engineers.
As a “second-generation” company, we will continue to keep those quality and service goals that our clients have come to trust.
Our goal is to clean air inside and out, provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees and staff, ensure process equipment functionality protection, and employ proven safety measures. These goals will not change with the latest generation. We will exceed them, and you should expect it!
We want to be your resource for solving those issues that exist in your facility or environment and those that arise from manufacturing processes. Equipment Supply
As a manufacturer’s representative and a contracted product distributor, we work closely with proven manufacturers of industrial ventilation components who understand that our clients have goals and that we and they are required to meet expectations for timeliness, quality, and engineering support. We believe our core group of products meets the requirements necessary to ensure the long-life and successful operation of your industrial ventilation systems. To augment our manufacturer’s product offerings and to meet a client’s needs we will supply specified products or manufacture fabrications and assemblies to meet project requirements. Our goal is to achieve installed system longevity with the best components applied in the correct manner.
Installation Services
SysTech has been installing equipment since their inception. Dropping a piece of equipment at the job site and assuming subcontractors are knowledgeable both in the intricacies of the equipment and best design practices of the overall system can lead to delays, serious inefficiencies, voided warranties and most critically, a system that does not function correctly. Taking complete responsibility for a project allows the project to be completed on time and correctly.
Installation is not just providing the lifts, mechanics, etc., but it is supplying all the components to complete the system and be assured that they fit together and function as designed. When we hand-off the installation portion of a contract to a plant crew or a subcontractor as part of a much larger contract, we do so with the necessary specifications, instructions and jobsite meetings to assure success. Custom Fabrications
At SysTech, atypical is the norm, and custom in not a word we are afraid of or means more cost to the client. Most industrial ventilation systems require a few special design “tweaks” to provide the optimal and sometimes necessary capture of a pollutant. Many times systems can require attenuation devices for noise reduction, specialty duct for minimal pressure loses or simply the proper support steel to maintain the integrity of the installed equipment. Preventative Maintenance Plans
Maintaining the efficiency of process and ventilation equipment is extremely important, and we at SysTech will support your needs with preventative maintenance plans and support contracts as needed. With the shrinking project engineering and maintenance staffs, we can provide the necessary staffing and time required to keep the pollution control, explosion prevention, air moving and noise attenuation systems running properly. Replacement Parts and Support Services
Servicing the equipment that we sell assures the client of continued responsibility after the initial sale. Why? Because we know the system and how it was designed. As a result, we can adjust that design if the system changes either by a process addition or by a manufacturing mandate. With over 30 years of experience, we can also assist with changes and updates to equipment and systems provided by other manufacturers and suppliers. Field Analysis and Testing
Equipment in the field needs to be checked or monitored for designed performance to meet system goals. Field conditions may vary widely from published laboratory produced specifications. Whether a new installation or collection of data for a new design, SysTech will analyze and report the findings necessary for you to make a qualified decision. PDH Education and Training
Educating our clients allows them to understand better the systems they are designing, installing or servicing. It keeps them current and makes them knowledgeable about the latest information on the products and systems available in the marketplace and how they integrate with other process systems. Meeting Expectations
Meeting expectations is what we strive to do every day. Agreeing to a schedule, a solution to a ventilation issue, and understanding installation constraints are all criteria that allow a smooth project.
It’s critical that all equipment and service options are clearly defined and agreed upon before a project is ensued.
How do we meet expectations? We do this by:
- Our Proposal – supplying the most cost-effective and best product or system for the application.
- Manufacturers – getting commitments from our suppliers so they understand the client’s expectation.
- Communication – being available via phone, email and in person. To provide the kind of service expected of us we’ve located technical sales associates throughout our assigned geographic area. And, because we work frequently throughout the United States with corporate accounts and relocating clients, we will go to a jobsite when needed.
- People – who understand the SysTech culture and know the meaning of service. At SysTech we have those support personnel who know what it takes to get it done right. From application technicians, secretarial staff, accounting and inside sales, we bring the team together to focus on each project no matter the size.
- Experience – we’ve been doing this for over 30 years and have an idea where projects might go wrong and prepare accordingly.
